As an established full-time real estate professional in the greater Sacramento area, I have a reputation of providing you my clients with the professional service they expect while helping them fulfill their real estate needs. 

My previous positions with the US Department have provided me with a unique skill set.  I was the National Chief Negotiator for the US Department of Agriculture and the Chief Negotiator a number of smaller local negotiated contracts.  I also represented the USDA in third party adjunction hearings.  These experiences have provided me with the ability to stay calm and work through situations which may arise during a transaction in a calm and rational manner.   

I have also continued my real estate education in order to meet the needs of my clients who are seniors or who are caring for seniors. I am a certified as Seniors Real Estate Specialist.  What this means is, I have advanced training in the issues which face the senior population.  My experience and training can help seniors as well as their family members make informed decision on the next steps in their life.
